The retainer is low – it merely serves to cover TalPar for skilling up and research requirements. In any case, your costs in both relative and absolute terms will always be many times lower than if you allocated / hired your own staff or opened your own offices in the relevant markets.

Leila is an accomplished thought leader with 15+ years of international experience working across multiple industry segments in a variety of technical delivery, consulting and business development roles. Moving to Bangalore in 2014 Leila was tasked with business growth of TechMahindra for India GCC market in the region. After experiencing the challenges of doing this firsthand, in 2023, she set up TalPar Consulting , with a vision of creating a company focused on go to market and growth of Tech and innovative companies in vibrant India market and globally. Prior to this Leila was instrumental in Tech Mahindra and British Telecom relationship in London for nearly 7 years, winning over $ 50m deals for the firm. While in London she also worked with UBS and Voca Link (a Mastercard company) for number of years and gained insights and connects with in the the world of Finance.
She has a vibrant and ever growing network of friends, colleagues and executives and believes in power of collaboration.

Dipannita Singh

Dipannita is a passionate entrepreneur, seasoned and experienced in IT and data analytics fields. Prior to living in Bangalore Dipannita lived and worked in New York and Michigan, USA for best in class companies in BFSI and Energy sectors such as Standard & Poors and PESG for many years.
Her entrepreneurial nature drove her to invest and start up a very successful F&B venture Tribeca hospitality. Her strong foundation in technology and data analytics mixed with her sales and operations hands on experiences, added with her incredible interpersonal skills and pragmatic approach made her the best COO of choice for TalPar.
Dipannita loves a complex business challenge and knows how to navigate in the complex world of business in India through her diverse network of professionals.
She has BA in Economics from Delhi University, India and many more accolades from Oracle, NIIT and University of Texas Austin ,USA.

​TalPar was born over breakfast with friends who have all experienced and witnessed the struggles of fabulous software and technology companies for growth.
We all have worked in the various fronts of the industry and always wondered why is it so hard and lengthy for the great technology companies to be heard by the right forum and to close deals in a more effective way without exuberant overhead costs?
So we decided:-
